It's no Pokemon Go, admittedly, but it's really close to experiencing what it is to be a Digimon trainer. That being said, Digimon Masters Online is an MMORPG that players will really love especially if they like games with a "pet" (the word is used subjectively)-collection aspect. All of these exciting features are unfortunately wrapped around a pretty standard MMORPG gameplay though, which does make the game seem like a ton of wasted potential. These monsters can also grow alongside their trainers and eventually evolve into better, and usually much cooler-looking, versions of themselves. Here, you get to play as a up-and-coming Digimon trainer (if you're starting to see similarities between Pokemon and this game, you're not wrong!) where you will set off on an adventure of your own across a beautiful virtual world teeming with a wide variety of digital monsters for you to capture and collect.
